Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate ENT Doctor (Otolaryngologist) to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck, providing both medical and surgical care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, surgical expertise (if applicable), and a patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history-taking and physical examinations
- Diagnose and manage conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, sinuses, larynx, and related structures
- Perform in-office procedures (e.g., nasal endoscopy, ear microscopy, minor surgical procedures)
- Perform surgical interventions as needed (e.g., tonsillectomy, septoplasty, sinus surgery)
- Develop individualized treatment plans and discuss options with patients
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and follow-up
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and clinic staff
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations and clinic protocols
- Stay current with advancements in ENT care and surgical techniques
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent medical degree
- Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Valid medical license in UAE
- Proven clinical and surgical experience in ENT practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high standards of patient care and ethics
Preferred Skills
- Experience with pediatric and adult ENT cases
- Proficiency in endoscopic sinus surgery
- Familiarity with allergy management and audiology services
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinic setting
